Hardstand & Storage Policy

This policy governs the allocation and use of hardstand and storage areas at Volunteer Marine Rescue Brisbane Inc.

1. Allocation
Hardstand spaces are allocated by the Management Committee subject to availability and compliance with this policy.

2. Fees
Fees are set annually by the Management Committee and must be paid in advance.

3. Insurance
All vessels stored for more than 48 hours must carry minimum third-party liability insurance.

4. Safety and Prohibited Activities
Welding, grinding, spray painting, or unsafe electrical use is prohibited.

5. Non‑Payment
Failure to pay fees may result in termination of storage rights and removal of the vessel.

6. Disclaimer
The Association accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to stored property.
